Call for Presentations
We are pleased to invite teachers and members currently working at the universities in Hong Kong to submit abstracts for the Community of Practice Symposium of Education Innovation and Technology 2022.
Jointly organized by the Centre for eLearning Innovation and Technology (ELITE), the Knowledge and Education Exchange Platform (KEEP), and the Teaching and Learning Community of Practice (T&L CoP) of The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), the symposium provides an excellent opportunity to foster effective communications, collaborations and exchanges among academics, researchers and practitioners. With the main theme of “Metaverse for Education”, the event will bring innovators together to envisage how the metaverse can support everyone’s learning journey in the future.
We welcome any ideas and sharing on the main theme, or alternatively on education innovation and technology areas including but not limited to:
Online, Hybrid and Blended Learning Pedagogical Explorations
Gamification and Game-based Learning
Application of Immersive Technologies (e.g. Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, Extended Reality)
Artificial Intelligence (AI) for Education
Teaching and Learning for Social Good (e.g. Service Learning, Social Entrepreneurship and Global Citizenship)
Assessment as/ for Learning
Research-based Education and Learning Analytics
Presentations can be conducted through either one of the following formats:
Live oral presentation in parallel sessions, or
Pre-recorded presentation for showcasing at the KEEPCourse.
