Abstract: This workshop explores how educators can move beyond satisfaction‑based feedback toward a more evidence‑informed approach to evaluating funded teaching development projects. Through practical guidance and hands‑on activities, the session introduces strategies for identifying intended project outcomes and using triangulated data to build a more robust picture of impact. The workshop also discusses how systematic evaluation practice can serve as a strong foundation for pedagogic research. By the end of the session, participants will understand how to develop evidence‑informed evaluation of their funded projects and begin to build pathways from classroom innovation to scholarly inquiry.
